21st OPEC Plus meeting kicks off

The oil and energy ministers of OPEC Plus countries convened on Monday through video conference as oil prices reached its highest level in three years between the two meetings of OPEC and OPEC Plus.

It should be noted that price of each oil barrel on Sep. 28, 2021 exceeded $80 which was followed with the reaction of the White House.
