Car bomb blast injures several citizens in Syria's Aleppo

The so-called Human Rights Watch group of Syria affiliated with the opposition also reported that a car bomb had exploded in eastern Aleppo.

According to the Syrian news sources, several citizens were injured in the terrorist incident.

So far, no exact information has been released on the number of casualties and no group has claimed responsibility for it.
