US stops oil tanker in transit from Russian port to Louisiana

The US authorities have stopped an oil tanker carrying fuel products from Russia to the US state of Louisiana, the Wall Street Journal reported.

It is at present being inspected by US Customs and Border Protection personnel, according to the report.
