Iran beats Japan in 2023 World Para Volley World Cup

Iran is scheduled to meet Algeria in Group B on Tuesday.

The World Cup is a Paris 2024 Paralympic qualifier, where one berth per gender is available for the winners or the highest-placed non-qualified team of the tournament.

France (host), Iran, and Brazil have previously booked their place in the Paralympics.

Egypt, Rwanda, and Iraq are in Group A. Group B consists of Iran, Japan, and Algeria. Group C has Brazil, China, India, and Nigeria while Great Britain, France, Ukraine, and Germany are in Group D.
